The activity of Sovol Landes Volaille, subsidiary from Gastronome, is focused on slaughtering and carving of quality labelled poultry (Label Rouge). We were the 1st slaughterhouse in Aquitain to obtain the ISO 9002 certification. The Landes farm-poultry named "Lou Coursayre" were the 1st poultries to obtain the quality label "Label rouge" in 1965.
All our poultries are farmed in the Landes, the biggest europen forest alongside the Atlantique. You will be seduced by their perfect appearance and by their flesh.
