Set up in 1991 at Saint-Agathon (22) by Mr Le Roux, the activity was at first very much artisan based (handmade products). In 1993, Mr Le Roux took over the Tigreat Company located in Saint Pol de Léon (29). He adapted his traditional skills (traditional dough kneading process, gas-fired cookers) to industrial processes.
