GUYADER
Located in Brittany, GUYADER was founded in 1930 in Landrévarzec by Yves Guyader, the grandfather of the present chairman, Mr Christian Guyader, who assumed control of the company in 1993.
Originally specialised in traditional pork delicatessen products for more than 60 years, GUYADER began to diversify its product range towards elaborated seafood in 1989. GUYADER was considered as a pioneer of vacuum – cooked seafood gastronomy during the 1990s, and today the company is renowned as being a principal market actor in retail, deli-counter and foodservice sectors.
Since 2002, seafood products have become the sole occupation of Guyader. Each year, the product range evolves and is improved through new recipes: cooked fish, new terrines, rillettes and spreads, stuffed fish, hot and cold seafood starters .
The company is increasingly present in European markets, including Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal and Austria and aims to expand to other continents to facilitate an increase in export turnover.
