The Sauret Père et Fils group was formed in Brive in 1938. Divided into 3 activities, namely the Selection and Purchase of Wines, Bottling and Marketing, every year, the group sells over 12 million bottles in France and around the world.
Over the years, its subsidiary, Vindor, has spécialised in the promotion and marketing of great wines of the south-west, having established a "bona fide" partnership with a number of prestigious Domaines and Châteaux in this vast region.
As a side-line to its nationwide operations , Vincor has also gravitated towards the promotion of the vineyards of South-West France abroad. Thanks to its prime location, Vindor can ship the full range of Grand Sud-Ouest wines from the Pyrénées Atlantiques througt to the Dordogne and Tarn from one central shipment point (Brive). This helps narrow the gap between the numerous vineyards scattered across the region.
Every client can therefore make huge savings in terms of time spent on product research, joint purchasing, collective transport, etc.
The Grand Sud-Ouest appellations are currently developing in leaps and bounds and can now offer the long-awaited quality/price alternative to the exponential price increases encountered with the leating, high-profile vineyards.
