The Brasserie de St Sylvestre is located in l'Houtland, between Lille and Dunkirk. Both the landscape and poetry bear witness to the flatness of the local countryside. The geological past of the area is also much in evidence, as demonstrated by its three hills: Cassel, Cats and Récollets.
The Brasserie de St Sylvestre has remained faithful to its traditional production methods. It is the sole survivor of the many small breweries scattered throughout Flanders.
The 3 Monts light beer, with its 75 cl bottle and cork stopper recalls the art, taste and tradition of the beers of yesteryear thanks to the experience of this brewery in advanced fermentation.
Since 1997 a refermented amber beer in a 33 cl bottle, the GAVROCHE has joined our range.
