The Distillerie de Loos produces a range of natural high quality Dutch gins distilled in stills. The production of its brandies involves rigorously selecting cereals which come exclusively from the Flanders Artois region. Traditional brewing with malt, followed by natural fermentation allow the distiller to show off his skills. This involves selecting the best tasting cereals and the juniper berries for distillation in the still. The result is a superb range of Dutch gins for all of those finer moments in life, from the beginning through to the end of a meal. The Dutch gins from the Distillerie de Loos are vital ingredients in many recipes, desserts and cocktails. The CARTE NOIRE and CARTE OR are highly sought after. The GENIEVRE DU NORD and the CH'TI are original products. The CHUCHE MOURETTE, the aperitif of the North, has been recreated much to the delight of the inhabitants of the North.
