Factory of 5 local drinks in the North of France the most well-known are the two aperitives "Perlé de Groseille and Perlé de Framboise" made of rredcurrands and raspberries. After a fermentation the Perlé has slight bubbles, a beautiful colour and 12% of alcool. The "Frênette" is made of ashtree leaves; it smells apple with only 1% of alcool. At last a beautiful dry cider and a cider brandy with 51% and a fruity and soft taste.
