LIONOR a family company established in the Nord-Pas de Calais since 1899 has seen 6 generation following one another. A real know-how and culture has been transmitted. LIONOR controls by integration the whole rabbit and poultry industry so as to guarantee a good quality product starting from the making of the food by a subsidiary which advises, controls, identifies and removes the poultry. They are produced by more than 150 farmers in the Nord-Pas de Calais area. The slaughtering, the cutting and the packaging are carried out by an EEC approved slaughtering house which guarantees quality and safety of all the products and through the HACCP method with traceability and controls. LIONOR has always felt concerned about its customer’s satifsfaction.
