When Lucienne and Charles GLUSZAK founded the company in 1983 their aim was to get back to basics and to be able to supply the major supermarkets with the kind of eggs our grandparents enjoyed, back when mass production and battery farms did not yet exist. They therefore began dealing with local farmer
Today, Cocorette deals with 100 farms in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais, the Aisne and the Somme.
Every morning the farmers collect the eggs by hand. These are then collected by Cocorette and taken to the packing station in Arras
In addition to its organic eggs, the company also sells Red Label free-range eggs.
