The Marcel Quentin Company was created in 1957 near the town of Vire in an area criss-crossed by hedges and trees. It has bloomed in the middle of the verdant Normand countryside. Traditional methods go into the making of the meat we process.
Currently we process 5000 metric tons of meat which has been produced by local stockbreeders.
50 professionals select and process the products so that we can propose quality meat to consumers.
