The Roches Blanches Company puts all of its traditional know-how into making a product of great character. For three generations we have been devoted to one single activity, to one single product : dry sausage with a traditional taste.
In order to assure that our sausages will have the flavor of Normandy and the taste that consumers expect, rigorous controls are carried out at every stage of production.
Furthermore, only the finest ingredients go into our products- grain-fed free-range pork. Our sausages are dried the way our grandfathers dit it.
