Seventy oyster establishments from the departments of Vendée and loire-Atlantique gathered within l'Organisation des Producteurs Conchylicoles des Pays de la Loire in order to organise the marketing of Vendée Atlantique Oysters. This structure offers all the range of Vendée Atlantique Oysters :
- standard products, like "fines" oysters
- high quality products, like "fines de claires" oysters, "fines de claires vertes" oysters and "speciales de claires" oysters
- and some original products, like the Cocktail Oysters Vendée Atlantique intended to be consumed for apéritif
