Specialising in lamb's lettuce, leeks, cucumbers, radish and early vegetables, well-known for the vegetable brand Croq'O Vert and a range of stretch-filmed and heat-sealed punnets, flowpacks for the lamb's lettuce. Also available are "surprise salad" packs containing lamb's lettuce, nut kernels, red beetroot and croutons.
ValNantais is the first Fruit and Vegetable Cooperative to have obtained the Agri-Confiance certification for quality, traceability and best growing practice. ValNantais is going even further and is allowing the consumer and professional alike to identify and trace the origin of the punnets of lamb's lettuce on its internet site www.valnantais.com through an identifiable code on the punnet.
