Regional specialities: Nonuches du Nord, (chocolates resembling Northern characters made with typically regional products). Local dialect influences the name of the chocolates like Kermesse, chocolates with Ch'ti beer, le Ptiot noir, le Quinquet, and Ch'noir caillot! When tasting them you will have an electric shock - they're that good!.
Alcoholic chocolates made with old Dutch gin malt, Tuiles Lensoises (thin sweet biscuits), Muscadines and truffles complete the range.
