Originally involved in producing craftsmen made cakes and confectionery, the company rapidly became involved in the home delivery of frozen products and then the production of regional products which today account for the excellent reputation of Defroidment. The vast product range includes Flamiche au Maroilles, Crottins Avesnois, endive and ham tart, apple and marzipan tart, and sugar and vergeoise tart. The regular growth in turnover during the last few years has led the company to obtain production facilities better adapted to their future growth objectives.
Today this expansion has been completed, with the construction of a new production site covering 1700 square metres.
