Genièvre (Dutch Gin) is a famous cereal-based eau-de-vie produced at Houlle in the Pas-de-Calais.
It embodies the taste of the region produced as it is with rye, oats and barley harvested in our area.
The delicate aroma of juniper berries complements its delicious grain smell. Its quality is the proud heritage of the traditional methods that we still observe today in order to give it its original character. Its secret lies in the care applied at all stages of its production and in the mixture proportions of the cereals from which it is made.
