They have been making sweets at "Succès Berkois" since 1922, using a family recipe dating from the last century.
The work is still carried out entirely by hand, with sugar moulded on marble surfaces and drawn out by hook. The boiled sweets and lollies are cut with scissors in front of clients, ensuring an authentic quality product with a range of 20 colours and 20 different flavours.
The products are sold in various packs including personalised metal boxes, glass jars, cardboard cartons shaped like beach huts or sailor's bags and poly bags. All of these packs are filled with mixed sweets or with selected flavours. A new product line is the "Succès Volants", large sweets shaped like kites including Delta, Butterfly, Trapezoid and Chinese-style versions.
