It is in 1960, when Gaston HENNEQUIN, son of fisherman, opened his first fismonger's shop on Port Joinville in Ile d'Yeu, since joined by his children (1 girl and 3 boys). In the course of years, they knew how to develop their business around marketing and transformation of fish. The opening of 3 fishmonger's shop, the workshop of mareyage and a craft canning factory allow this familial company to take some development and to guarantee to his customer an irreprochable quality. Being worked out since decennies by fisherman'wives, our manufacture method of rillettes and pâtés of tuna(germon), follows scrupulously their receipts temming from the traditonnal craft of Ile d'Yeu.
