The " Certificat de Conformité " (Conformity Certification) certifies that the product has qualities or particular characteristics that have been strictly controlled in terms of production, processing or packaging.

It is the guarantee of a regular quality that is distinct from a standard product.
 

How is it obtained :
The product must respect specific characteristics as outlined in the legal specifications' document. The characteristics must be significant, objective, measurable and controllable.

They are controlled by independant organizations approved by the State and accredited by COFRAC.

The legal specifications'document may be issued by an individual operator or by a collective structure.

How is a " Conformity Certification " product recognized ?

Certified products are recognized through the following, which are found on their product label : " Certified by... " and the logo : " Atout Qualité Certifié " has to be affixed. A minimum of 2 certified characteristics must be mentioned.
