Crêpes with Armagnac

6 eggs
250g flour
1 table spoon of melted butter
1/2 glass of milk
1/2 glass of Armagnac
sugar (mix between vanillia sugar and plain powder sugar)
1 pinch of salt

Preparation :
|
|
Put the flour in a salad bowl, break the eggs and stir with the flour. Wet the preparartion with the milk, the melted butter, the Armagnac and the salt. If necesary add some tepid water until the preparation becomes very smooth. Let it rest. Cook the crêpes soo that they are very thin. Add some sugar and eat when it is hot.
