Cut the duck slices into 2 parts in ligne. Take the seeds out of the prunes and slices them into 2 pieces. Roll the smoked magret around the prunes. On each stick put one after another a half of a duck slice, a piece of paprika and a prune in magret as prepared.
As a dressing, pour a mixture of oil, salt, pepper and Provence herbs. To cook, put on a grill during 5 minutes each side. Serve warm with fried or 'sarladaises' potaotes.
