Olives cake

 ingredients :
 
  • 250g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 150ml milk
  • 200g diced bacon
  • 200g stoned green olives
  • 1 bag yeast.
  •  
     Preparation :
    Pour the flour and the yeast in a bowl. Mix and add eggs and milk. Whip vigorously.
    Add diced bacon and olives. Distribute well.
    Pour in a mold and bake for 45 min in a moderately hot oven.
